Ledman Construction, Inc. is a company, which builds premier custom homes along the Emerald Coast of Florida. We are a full-service general contractor with decades of experience building custom homes, commercial offices, custom remodeling, and tenant improvements. Our primary areas of operation are Bay County and Walton County, Florida with emphases on Panama City Beach and South Walton County along the Scenic Highway 30 A corridor.

About Tom Ledman
Tom Ledman is the president of Ledman Construction, Inc. He earned a degree in accounting from Florida State University in 1983 and a law degree from the University of Florida in 1994.
He is very active in the Bay County Home Builders Association and has served two terms as its president.
He has been on the board of directors since 1988 and was selected as “Builder of the Year” in 1989, 1990, 2001 and 2009. Ledman Construction, Inc. is also an Aurora Award winner for Green Energy construction in 2009. Tom has also served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Home Builders Association.
